FTP File/Directory permissions checkbox misbehaving

TrueNAS-SCALE-21.02-MASTER-20210202-052917

Attempted to alter both File Permissions and Directory Permissions (all boxes checked), saved settings, go back into the service and all boxes are unchecked again.

No matter which value is returned by middleware, all checkboxes are unchecked.

Where is the "Others" row for files permissions?
