First thing try to enable debug kernel in System -> Advanced and reboot. It make your system slower and can make it system to crash sooner if it detect that something not right, but may provide some more informtation by panicking closer to the source of problem.

there are no specific operations or high load - the host is just a file share + iSCSI target, nothing special or unique. The errors started after the upgrade from FreenNAS 11 to TrueNAS Core...
Would you please provide me with the guide how can I turn on some additional logs that help to catch the issue?

Andrew, looking through kernel dumps in your debug I see 5 ones over the last two months, and all of the are different. It seems like you are using ECC memory, but it also looks like something (hardware or software) corrupts it. We'd need some more specific reproduction or additional input to work on this. So different panics don't give me place to start. It could help if you somehow localized the issue to specific hardware or software operations.
