TrueNAS Scale: UPS shutdown command is incorrect

Description

The UPS configuration generated by FreeNAS Scale (21.02) includes an incorrect shutdown command:

The "-p" flag should be an uppercase "-P" (see: man shutdown). Unless users have manually set the shutdown command, this silently places their data at risk.

There is no way the UPS service has been tested in Scale (yet)!

System debug already attached to NAS-109449.

I am well aware the product is Alpha. However, according to 's release announcement for 2020.12 A1, the UI, middeware and all listed services are Beta or above so could reasonably be expected have had some testing. Yes, I'm aware that NUT isn't specifically listed, but functional UPS support should rank way up there from a data safety/reliability point of view so I was surprised to find 3 critical issues with it, even this early on.
