Implement the possibility for resetting single services to factory defaults over the Web UI

Dear sirs and mesdames,
please implement the possibility for resetting single services to factory defaults over the Web UI under the "Services" tab.
The benefit of that function is that the configurations which have been made for several services will be deleted in the TrueNAS configuration database file as well.
At the moment you haven't the possibility for deconfiguring services completely after testing purposes for instance. The service ist still saved in the database file with the last configuration set up as a corpse.
I struggled into that problem while I wanted to delete an old ssl certificate. It was used in the old set up of two services (S3 and WebDAV) which have been deactivated for months because they are not needed on my TrueNAS system anymore.
I was unable for deleting the old ssl certificate because of the ssl certificate binding of the unused deactivated services.
I had to search for a long while for the reason why I am not able for deleting this old ssl certificate and had to manually browse the config database file with sqlite for getting any hint.
