Changing Network settings disconnects Jails and VMs

Description

When I change the network settings of the system, the Jails and VMs can't be accessed by computers. The jails and VMs can still access to outside networks. I fix this by restarting all the jails and VMs. not sure if this is a bug or i should submit a feature resquest for this. Also i'm not sure if the network conenctions of the VMs and jails should work if i use a different aggregation method, since currently it only works if i use Failover and not the others.
