Cloud Sync Tasks should show "Disabled" instead of a "Next Run" time if task is disabled

As currently designed, the Cloud Sync Tasks will display the "Next Run" estimated time even though the task is disabled. Instead of displaying "in xx hours" (or whatever time unit), it should display "Disabled". Likewise, the schedule should also display disabled instead of the scheduled time.
