After a couple weeks, I logged into my server and the dashboard was completly blank. In fact while the menu on the left was there, anything I clicked was blank. Apps, settings, reporting, anything. I also noticed that there were 33 tasks in the queue (most were scrubs that hadn't started yet (while they "started" over 30 hours earlier, they were at 0%). I restarted middlewared and all of the tasks cleared and the WebUI was back to normal. I captured a debug after the middlewared restart (I couldn't get one before, since the WebUI wasn't responding).
