Ticket submission from UI general support broken

submission of ticket from UI is broken:

it seems to work: you are shown the redirect link after debug logs were gathered. when you click on the link, you are stuck in a redirect page from jira. when you check manually in jira, your bug reported never reached jira.

i just created a new ticket (https://ixsystems.atlassian.net/browse/NAS-114391#icft=NAS-114391) from within TrueNAS-SCALE-22.02-MASTER-20220118-034447. The ticket got created, but 

  • diagnose was created, but did not get transferred to jira

  • screenshots as attached in UI, were not transferred zo jira

Thank you for the report, . Can you please attach a debug file to the "Private Attachments" section of this ticket? To generate a debug file on TrueNAS SCALE, log in to the TrueNAS web interface, go to System Settings > Advanced, then click Save Debug and wait for the file to download to your local system.
