TrueNAS SCALE Won't Boot

Description

Both an "upgrade" install from TrueNAS CORE and subsequently a fresh install of TrueNAS SCALE RC 1 will not boot on my server.

A Supermicro 216 Chassis
A Supermicro X9DRi-LN4F motherboard
3 LSI 9207-8i (HP H220 flashed to IT mode from TheArtofServer)
2x Xeon E5-2667 (not V2)
128GB of RAM
22x Intel SSD 520s
Intel X520-DA2

"Middleware is not running. Press Enter to open root shell"

For the record, server is working stable on TrueNAS CORE.
