Fix autocomplete on search field

Description

Steps:

Go to Storage
Click three dots on a dataset
Choose "User Quotas" or "Group Quotas"
Expand any row and choose Edit (if no users/groups are available then add it)
Close dialog
Focus search field

ER: No autocomplete is available

AR: autocomplete from login page is available

Something went wrong with dialogService.dialogFormWide() and app-entity-table-add-actions
