Add option to not use SWAP partition on selected disks

I'd like to use my mirrored boot SSD's for swap. Was surprised to see that my 32GB USB pendrive was suddenly part of the mdadm raid array for swap, after I created a test pool on it. My boot drives aren't used for swap any longer... Would love a GUI option to prevent creation of swap partition when creating a new pool.

while inspecting https://jira.ixsystems.com/browse/NAS-113554
we found out that the load on the drive came trough usage of automatic created swap partitions. we fixed it by turning off automatic swap creation when extending/resilvering
and I detatched and reattached the disk/extended the pool/resilvered.
That hack solved the problem.
But Waqar Amed also came up with the idea of adding an option to the gui,
where the user can decide to not use swap partition on selected drives.
So this feature wish is exactly that: an option in the GUI, where users can exclude disks/pools from swap partition usage.
ps.: as I get the following errormsg "Only iX Engineers can create Improvement / Feature Ticket Types", this "new feature" wish, was posted as an "Suggestion"
