add zstd package to SCALE (to unpack core dumps)

In order to investigate a core-dump, it has to be done on SCALE. The core dumps are saved as a `.zst` file but there is no tool on the system to unpack those. `unzstd` does this but is not included in SCALE. We should add it there for troubleshooting purposes.
