Installing Nextcloud as a plugin leads to php error

Description

When Nextcloud is installed as a plug-in, it fails, and gives this error text :

Error: nextcloud had a failure Exception: RuntimeError Message: pkg error: - nextcloud-php74 :,php74-pecl-imagick-im7 :,php74-bcmath :,php74-gmp :,php74-pcntl :,php74-pecl-redis : Refusing to fetch artifact and run post_install.sh! Partial plugin destroyed

Can you please attach a debug to the Private attachment area of this ticket.

To generate a debug file on TrueNAS CORE, log in to the TrueNAS web interface, go to System > Advanced, then click Save Debug and wait for the file to download to your local system. In TrueNAS SCALE, this option is in System Settings > Advanced.
