Support for AMD GPU passthrough to kubernetes in SCALE

Can be closed due to a recent PR adding support

Thank you for pointing out that plugin. Could you point me to those "multiple reports?" I'd like to compare it to my configuration. 

We've already have AMD-GPU plugin added as an App to TrueCharts.
And have multiple reports of it working as promised on TrueNAS SCALE out-of-the-box.

Also, for what it's worth, Plex does not support AMD GPU's on linux natively via docker afaik.

I would love to see this implemented or at the very least the mesa (vulkan/vdpau/vaapi) gpu drivers be included/install-able so that I could access the card via privileged mode. 

Attempting to install the official amd daemonset is successful however adding an amd gpu as required in a deployment's "resources" causes the deployment(s) to fail given there's nothing to satisfy the amd gpu limit (because of the missing drivers). 

I'm not necessarily saying bake in amdgpu-pro support but at least have all of the mesa drivers available.
