Scale and Core: "Serial Shell" French translation

Looks like it is a reuse of another translation id, "Serial", which is linked to the Disk Serial Number. There is no "Serial Shell" translation id. Should we add a new id for this use case ?

That would mean that we have to :

• Change translation id from "Serial" to "Serial Shell" in vm-list.component.ts

• Add the new translation id in all translation files

• Add the French translation for that new id as "Console Série"
