APPS: Fix Launch Docker Image and Settings dropdown

Description

Settings dropdown and Launch Docker Image do nothing on click on the Installed Apps, Manage Catalog, Manage Docker Images tabs.

Actual result:

Launch Docker Image and Settings works on the Available Apps tab only.

Expected result:

Launch Docker Image and Settings works on every tab or should be hidden otherwise.
