Wrong timezone in various timestamps throughout the UI + CLI

Description

I have set the timezone in the settings correctly to `Europe/Berlin` and the time format preview shown in "System Settings -> General -> Localization -> Time format" does show the correct time in the desired format.

However, if I go to the dashboard and look at the `Uptime`, it is 1 hour off. Same with any date shown in the `Task -> History` panel. All these dates are 1h in the future. The time in the CLI is also 1 h off.

The `Reporting` menu/section however does display the correct current time in the graphs.

was there any indication why the clock was off and didn't get fixed by the NTP sync automatically?

I've analyzed the code, and I can confirm that the described issue was due to the different system clock settings on the remote machine where the middleware runs.

sure, no problem. Attached it. I think the problem might also have resolved itself because I had added a custom/own NTP server before I did the mentioned reboot. I recall seeing a NTP related error at some point but didn't really give it any attention. Hope it shows up in the logs. But as mentioned, the time was displayed correctly on the settings page, but not anywhere else while the issue was present.

SCALE is still technically in beta, so sometimes little bugs like this can still pop up. Would you mind attaching a debug?
