Unable to update gui https cert

Description

Adding a new cert to the Credentials page was successful, but when I select that cert for the gui, it does not update. Despite deleting the old cert, somehow the old one is still being used. I have tried restarting the web service as well as clearing my browser cache and using a different browser.
