TrueCommand Cloud fails to Connect

Description

Seen on tn13 running TrueNAS-13.0-MASTER-202201250601

I was running test NAS-T1065 ( https://jira.ixsystems.com/secure/Tests.jspa#/testCase/2050 ) in TrueNAS 13.0-BETA-1 Manual Sprint

TrueCommand didn't connect and I got the following Alert:

CRITICAL

TrueCommand service failed scheduled health check, please confirm NAS has been registered with TrueCommand and TrueCommand is able to access NAS.
