After removing GPU from system, GPU still shows up in Apps/Chart config

Description

I installed a NVIDIA GTX 1650 into my system. After removing the GPU, it still shows up when doing anything with docker.

In the advanced > GPU isolation settings though, the NVIDIA gpu is NOT listed, correctly. Only seems to linger on in the apps.
