truecommand.poll_api_for_status jobs can queue up

Description

Debug here https://jira.ixsystems.com/browse/NAS-114493 has 10ish of these jobs in the WAITING state

If those extra jobs can be discarded, setting lock_queue_size=1 will do the trick
