Scale: Offer other qemu system targets (arm, mips, etc) to VM capabilities
Description
In doing tasks like cross compiling for other architectures or emulating other platforms for things like development or research work, it would be super handy to have the ability to use Scale to emulate other architectures like ARM or MIPS. This is something that even proxmox or ESXi can't do on respective non-native platforms.
Running on SCALE would be a massive time saver and more performant running on bare metal and not done via an extra emulation layer on a VM.
