TrueNAS SCALE - Missing sdparm command

Description

Hi there,

It appears that the sdparm package is not provided in TrueNAS SCALE 22.02RC.1-2. hdparm is there, but the SCSI version is not. sdparm is handy for a few features. Seems if hdparm is there, sdparm should be as well.
