Add generic webhooks to alert services

How can you do it with the Slack Webhook URL? I can’t seem to figure it out.
Generic webhooks would be a superb addition. I am using NTFY to send push notifications from several services and it would be supernice to have a way to use it for my TrueNAS alerts for example…

You can already do it using the Slack Webhook URL
Creating this issue based on suggestion in https://www.truenas.com/community/threads/generic-webhook-alerts-for-truenas-scale.98907/ .
Being able to make requests to arbitrary webhooks would be useful in cases where a service intergration is not present.
I would suggest this be a "Type" under Alerts -> Alert Services -> Add In TrueNAS SCALE.
Synology NAS implements this functionality using the following options in the screenshots, which could serve as a template for the implementation.
