13.0 beta 1: Configuration file format is too old

Description

Since upgrading to 13.0 beta 1 I get this warning in the logs:

WARNING: Configuration file format is too old, syslog-ng is running in compatibility mode. Please update it to use the syslog-ng 3.35 format at your time of convenience. To upgrade the configuration, please review the warnings about incompatible changes printed by syslog-ng, and once completed change the @version header at the top of the configuration file; config-version='3.29'

Can you please attach a debug file to the "Private Attachments" section of this ticket? To generate a debug file on TrueNAS CORE, log in to the TrueNAS web interface, go to System > Advanced, then click SAVE DEBUG and wait for the file to download to your local system.
