Include Fancontrol in TrueNas Scale

Description

Please consider including Fancontrol package in future versions of truenas Scale, this is needed on some systems to control PWM fans.

This feature is really missing for TrueNAS. I’ve stumbled upon this issue, because I was thinking about running a QNAP or AsusTOR NAS with TrueNAS and saw that the lack of fan control control kinda cooks the devices.
