Change "Only iX Engineers can create..." to mention Suggestion Issue Type
Description
I just discovered that "Only iX Engineers can create Improvement / Feature Ticket Types" and I was going to post it to the forum instead but then discovered you should be using the Suggestion issue type instead. It seems this is a common situation on the forum.
The "Only iX Engineers can create Improvement / Feature Ticket Types" should be updated to instead say "Only iX Engineers can create Improvement / Feature Ticket Types. Use Suggestion instead." or something along those lines.
