Anonymous usage stats (Submission)

Need a way to submit anonymous usage stats up to iXsystems from TrueCommand installations.

This also needs to have a corresponding option/checkbox in the settings to disable reporting metrics.

Note: To be anonymous, we *cannot* include the system ID in the stats. This is used to generate licenses and may be tied to accounts in the iX database. We will need to generate a second randomly-generated system UUID which is used for the anonymous stats reporting so that we can prevent double-counting and such on the analysis side.

Important metrics:

Has license: yes/no

Number of user accounts
Number of registered systems (total)
Number of FreeNAS systems
Number of TrueNAS systems
Number of disks used (total)
Total storage space monitored
