TC Services/Install scripts

Description

In lieu of providing pre-packaged VM images, provide a collection of OS/VM setup scripts that allow the user to easily run TrueCommand as a system service on various OS's.

This basically takes the "runtime" scripts of our current VM images, and generalizes them for any system, with optional installation instructions for various recommended OS's.

Ready for testing/review.

Got setup scripts for Linux distros with the 3 main init systems out there:

  • Debian (systemd)

  • Alpine Linux (OpenRC)

  • Void Linux (runit)

 

There should be a lot of cross-pollinaton with those three (Ubuntu can probably use the Debian routine for instance). We can continue to expand later for other docker-management systems too.
