I have a customer who is receiving alerts for a system with the wrong subject line which includes the name of another system. It looks like on TrueCommand cloud all the email settings are built in, which has lead to this issue where the email alerts being issued by TrueCommand are incorrect and there is no way to change them from a customer's perspective. Typically in a VM setup you can access the Alert Rules settings option, but TrueCommand Cloud does not have that.
