Clumsy resolving long alert messages

Alert messages from SCALE can be lengthy. When attempting to resolve these in TC, the CANCEL/OK buttons are hidden off the screen and there's no scroll bar on the window to allow scrolling to these buttons. It's necessary to zoom out of the window to access the buttons and then zoom back in to restore the zoom setting. This happens with the latest TC nightly. I suspect the issue also occurs with the current release (TC 2.0.2). Refer to the video https://youtu.be/pv0rPrelMH8 .

I haven't been able to test this easily. At this stage, I can only assume it's been fixed in the nightly with middleware version Master-20211111.

– make sure confirmation dialog has a max height and is scrollable
